Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lakos-Separators PC-24001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ilsco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Capco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ilsco such as the PDB223503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PF4000CHW manufactured by Atlas-Capco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Capco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI31200C2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Advantech Brand PCA6184 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Alstom such as R303772P113335400 equipment made by Alstom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alstom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alstom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RAX11C made by Nachi as well as the popular PCB9000057 original spares produced by Pelco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R5030B230 by Compumotor and R303772P113335400 spares by Alstom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPL21100C2P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control.
